Wiiire is operated by XDESIGN GROUP SRL, which processes personal data necessary to provide the service.

Data we collect

We may process merchant and customer information such as name, email, phone, transaction details, technical identifiers, access logs and payment-method metadata. If you use Wiiire Wallet, we may store the processor-issued tokenized payment-method identifier, brand, last four digits, expiration and your passkey's public credential. Wiiire does not store the full card number, CVV, Face ID, fingerprint or the passkey private key; those sensitive elements remain with the payment infrastructure or on your device.

Purposes

We use information to execute payments, administer memberships, prevent fraud, provide support, maintain security, comply with legal obligations and improve the service.

Providers and transfers

We may share necessary information with payment processors, technology infrastructure, security services and authorities where required. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

Retention and security

We retain data as necessary for the purposes described and for legal, accounting, fraud and dispute-resolution obligations. We apply reasonable measures to protect information and limit access.
