Wiiire is operated by XDESIGN GROUP SRL. These terms govern use of the platform by merchants and authorized users.
Wiiire provides software to create payment links, manage charges and memberships, and connect transactions to third-party payment providers. Wiiire is not the seller of goods or services offered by each merchant and does not act as a bank, custodian of funds, or merchant of record unless expressly stated otherwise.
Each merchant is responsible for its products and services, prices, taxes, consumer disclosures, delivery or performance, warranties, cancellation policies, refunds, complaints and compliance with applicable law. Merchants must keep information accurate and provide customers with relevant transaction terms.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Wiiire fees are the total rates communicated to the merchant in the applicable offer, onboarding or commercial agreement, and may include platform services and processing costs. Wiiire does not charge fees other than those communicated, except applicable taxes, chargebacks, network or other charges disclosed to the merchant or imposed by the payment provider under the merchant's agreement.
The merchant is responsible for disputes and chargebacks related to its sales and for maintaining sufficient funds where applicable. Wiiire may suspend payments or access in cases of fraud risk, prohibited use, legal orders, or payment-provider requirements.
A merchant may initiate recurring charges only with valid customer authorization. A flexible authorization may allow the merchant to later manage the amount, date and frequency of charges agreed with the customer; a subscription authorized with specific terms must honor those terms until a new authorization is obtained. Customers must be able to stop automatic billing or revoke the authorization.
Wiiire may not be used for illegal, deceptive, fraudulent activities or activities prohibited by the payment provider. Wiiire may request additional information or suspend an account to satisfy legal, risk or compliance obligations.
Wiiire aims to keep the service available and secure, but depends on networks, banks, devices and external providers. To the extent permitted by law, Wiiire is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party outages, or failures by merchants, customers or other third parties.
Each user is responsible for keeping control of their devices, sessions, passkeys and recovery keys, and for promptly revoking or reporting any device or credential that is lost, shared or no longer under their control. Approvals made using a valid passkey or authenticated session may be treated as authorized by the user. To the extent permitted by law, Wiiire is not liable for losses caused by a user's failure to protect, revoke or promptly report their devices or credentials. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or losses caused by fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence attributable to Wiiire.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or other liability that cannot legally be waived.
Personal data use is governed by the Privacy Policy. Merchants must also comply with obligations applicable to their own customers' data.
Wiiire may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes when appropriate. Merchants may stop using the service, subject to outstanding obligations related to payments, refunds, disputes or legally required records.
